Take the challenge and post your before and after pictures of doing the tuning fork beauty routine every day for one week!

Thanks for sharing!
The Pattern of Truth is an Acupuncture Meditation to help you look inward. Looking inward and seeing your true self brings about self-awareness of what are the issues you are facing. What is it that you need to work on? We can't change or improve ourselves if we aren't aware of what it is, right?
*This will also help to physically open shoulder, chest, and rib cage. All of which expand the rib cage allowing deeper breathing, more movement, and opening the upper body allows energy to freely flow to the lower body.
In this meditation I chose to use cypress essential oil.
You can use just finger pressure-just touching the acupressure points.
You can use a weighted 128 Hz. Tuning Fork to feel the vibration on each spot.
You will use your imagination to connect the spots, and to create upside down triangles.
Please like this video and comment below so that I know that you've watched it. I really want to know if it was helpful to you.

Short version to follow along with using either an Otto 128 Hz tuning fork, or acupressure.
This is a great holistic facial osteopathic massage to help reverse or slow bone loss in the jaw, TMJ, cheek bones, orbital rim and eye sockets, and frontal forehead bones.
The muscles attach to bones of the skull then insert into the skin. Thus, moving the muscles moves the skin.
Cord-like tendons attach the muscles to facial bones.
When we lose bone, the result is sagging, drooping, wrinkles, and puffiness.
Osteophonic tuning fork facial massage is one technique you can do in between your facial rejuvenation treatments.
Of course it is easier, feels better, and is more effective when a professional does it for you. However, unlike acupuncture, or micro-needling using acupressure and tuning forks require minimal training and are safe to use. Adding in your at-home treatments can enhance results.
You can do this once per week.
Please let me know if you try this out! What are your results?

then choose the best foundational formula per your diagnosis.
The foundational formula can then be modified with the addition of 1-2 single herbs,
or we can combine it with another herbal formula to address specific symptoms, disease, or concerns. e.g. Sometimes we are a mix of 2-3 pattern disharmonies.
For example, herbal medicines to enhance skincare, and aging skin. You begin with your foundation pattern formula and choose one for your skin condition.

The herbs can change as you change with improvements, or any new symptoms, or Western medical diagnosis.

Milk and milk products, and eggs are never in these herbs.
That way we make sure there are no interactions.

The Lungs and Colon are paired organs in the Acupuncture Channel System. They are also part of the Throat Chakra energy center.
Keeping the Qi-energy flowing smoothly within these meridian-organ systems will help keep you healthy and energized.
You can stimulate your own ability to heal, and open any blockages along these pathways using tapping, acupressure, or the sound healing frequencies of a tuning fork. Plus, applying essential oils boosts the effectiveness of your therapy.
The essential oils you can try are eucalyptus, rosemary, black pepper, peppermint, fennel, ginger, or marjoram. Apply diluted with fractionated coconut oil, or olive oil. Just use the coconut or olive oil if you don't have the essential oils yet.
I hope you enjoy this lesson. Tell me how it worked for you?

One example of an herbal medicine is Cinnamon Twig Tea is a very common herbal tea. It contains herbs that protect the stomach like ginger, licorice root, and red dates. The main herb is cinnamon twig along with white peony. Together these herbs benefit the immune system, help with common cold symptoms, and balance the blood and Qi-energy (Ying and Wei). It tastes good too!
