This acupressure point is called 3 leg mile or Stomach 36.

It is given that name because it helps give you strength and endurance to walk 3 miles!

To locate this point, find your kneecap and move downward along the outside of your shin bone. It is about 3 fingers widths below your knee. Your finger literally falls into a divot or hole.

Massage in a circular motion for 30 seconds up to one minute. Both legs, or one side either left or right may be tender.

It can help you with gas, bloating, constipation, or slow digestion. It is not uncommon to hear your stomach rumble while massaging this point.

Let me know if you try it. Post your comment or results here.

Enjoy your Labor Day with friends, family, or a quiet day off with alone time,
